No Refunds. Replacement of your original order value will be honored within 10 days of initial purchase/delivery.

Your name, address and other personal information will be kept confidential and not shared with any source outside of the company and used only for your approved transactions.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
No Refunds. However, a replacement of equal value will be delivered to an address of your choosing within 10 days of the original order delivery.
Cancellation - Must be received 24 -36 hours in advance of singular orders. Event orders require 15 days notice or forfeiture of 25% of your deposit due to loss of business/merchandise preordered with said cancellation terms.
